OUTSTANDING!
From the 1st time I called to reserve our limo, Nellie in customer service was so very gracious and kind with any questions I had. They followed through on all calls and emails in a very timely matter and confirming all details within a week of our serivces as well as the day before. Our driver Matt was on time, even arriving a few minutes early. He helped us with any areas we were not sure about and knew right where to go, getting us to Jarvis on time for our scheduled wine tour. Afterwards, he recommended a place for lunch and I have to say, it was one of the most relaxing lunches I had ever had. He then drove us around with some suggestions on other wineries. Those were also very helpful and appreciated. He kept us on time for our party we had to be at. I want to say THANK YOU TO MATT for one of the most pleasent experiences in Napa and if I need to use a limo service again, I will call Apex and I hope Matt can be our driver…..A++++++++++++++

Knowledgeable, Friendly and Highly Recommended!
Prior to our tour, I worked via email with Nelli on our pick up times and suggested locations. Instead of being “put-off” by my many edits, Nelli was gracious, kind and patient! When asking for some suggestions, I was promptly sent a menu to a local favorite gourmet grocery store and then links to wine tasting “deals” – above and beyond what I expected anyone to do! Our driver – Eric – was wonderful. He made several recommendations based on what we said our interests were and he immediately set out to make sure we had an amazing time (which we did!) While in one private tasting he was calling ahead to get us into another one. There were many places we would have never found on our own had it not been for him suggesting and taking us there (i.e., on top of a mountain with an infinity water feature overlooking amazing views!) My in-laws, husband and 5 month old daughter were all there – and we had an amazing time!

Very informative and adventurous!
This was out first time on a wine tour so being wine rookies we had no idea where to go with hundreds of wineries to choose from. We trusted Alex from Apex to guide us in our journey. With much success, he took us to the most beautiful wineries based on what kind of wines we enjoyed and even suggested a nice romantic place to have lunch. Alex was very informative, cheery and professional. We plan to have Alex as our tour guide in our next Napa trip. Thanks.

We booked a limousing through Apex for our 10-year employee anniversary and booked a wine tour. Bruce, the driver, was awesome. His knowledge of great wine tasting places and his humor just made the tour more valueable! Service is highly recommended!! Can’t go wrong with these guys!
