Ivo was outstanding!
I was referred to Apex by a friend. I will never do Napa again without calling Apex first!! Ivo made our trip a complete success and I will be forever grateful for his attention to detail. He made sure our trip was perfect. I never knew Napa could be so much fun!! Thank You Ivo!

What a day – Apex and Alex came through big time
We arrived in Napa with nothing organised but with the intention of going on a group tour of the famous wine country the following day. After chatting to a couple of locals, we decided it would be better to hire a private car and so begun the mad scramble to find a driver available at such late notice. After a flurry of emails with no luck, I stumbled across Apex, gave them a call and was glad to hear they had a driver available.

Alex arrived promptly the next day and we were in good hands. Alex was a total professional, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to work with us to plan out our day. He took onboard some of the locations we wanted to visit but also made great suggestions on other wineries we may like (Silver Oak in particular was a great suggestion for Cab Sav lovers!).

We travelled the States for a month but this was undoubtedly one of our favourite days – largely made possible thanks to Alex. Can’t recommend the private car option highly enough (its worth the cost) and if you go down that path, Apex and Alex are a top class combination.

Great day!
We planned our own itineraries while in Napa for two separate days, and Boris and then Ivo were our drivers. Both did an excellent job, and really made us feel welcomed into their vehicles and throughout both days of wine tours and lunches. Boris recommended a great lunch place on the first day, and Ivo really knew a lot about her valley and helped us with all our questions about the wine tasting process. Both drivers were attentive and helpful, and we can recommend Apex highly for your wine tours or other transportation needs. Well done!

A Perfect Day
Alex took us to the wine country. He was excellent. Courteous, knowledgeable and fit our needs. I was impressed with him. The car service is the way to safely enjoy Napa while learning about the history of the area. Well done Alex M.

Apex Wine Tour
Apex Limo made our time in Napa fun, easy and carefree. Our driver, Bruce, was very knowledgeable about the wineries and about wine in general. He took the time to explain all the attributes of the wineries we visited and other interesting things about the valley itself. He was very professional but not in a stuffy way. He tailored the experience to our likes and dislikes. The limo itself was very clean and comfortable. with water and other adult beverages provided. Could not have imagined a better day of wine, food, music and friends!

21st Birthday
Bruce Mello was our driver for my 21st birthday celebration in Napa and he was amazing. He made sure that the wineries were prepared for us and made sure we got to where we needed to go. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made the day completely stress free. I would definitely recommend him and use apex and Bruce again!

Excellent experience, drivers can make a big difference
We booked Saturday for Napa and Sunday for Sonoma and overall were very, very happy. We had Mike on Saturday and he was exactly what we were looking for. Knew the area, made recommendations, took group pictures, guided us with timing to ensure we got where we wanted and back on time. The car was very clean, everything on-time, he ran and picked up lunch for us while we were touring.

On Sunday we had a different driver that was not as good a fit, we had several places already identified that we wanted to go and he was clearly disappointed we didn’t want to defer to his expertise in terms of shaping our day. He was very knowledgeable but had a lot of prepared material and talks and things that he felt were value-add where we were more interested in a safe driving experience. Even with that, the car was great, and we were happy.
Highly recommended but make your expectations clear with your driver early so that everyone is on the same page.

Napa Tour
Used Apex sight unseen and was very happy with choice. Ivo on Thurs and Eric on Fri were fantastic tour guides. They were very attentive to all our needs. Made great suggestions to give us two great days in Napa.

Really great, worry free trip!
I booked Apex for a wine tour after reading some of their reviews online. Nelli was super informative and patient with all of my questions during the booking process. After we booked I asked for some recommendations on wineries and they made up a mock itinerary for us. On the day of, Ivo our driver showed up 10 minutes early. He was really friendly and our limo was stocked with drinks, soda, water and champagne just as they said it would be. Ivo was really helpful with making sure the day ran smoothly and helped us get in as many wineries as we could. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver/trip.

The best service for Napa Valley tour.
Was on a business trip and decided on the last minute to bring my clients to Napa. Literally called just 3 hours in advance, and was relieved to hear Apex could accommodate us. Had called many other options only to hear they can’t do it or that we would need to have our own car/rental (we didn’t have one). Alex was the only company that could send a car to pick us up at our location, and at a price that was beyond fair!

Alex was our driver. He was exceptionally professional and nice! His suggestions of where to go and what to do through our trip was always spot on with what we were looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Will definitely book again in future!
