Awesome service! Great rate! Totally would do this again! Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Had great recommendations on wineries and where to go for lunch, etc. super professional!!

Second round with Apex and I am taking them down a star. Our driver was on-time (5m early) and was a good driver. He was, however, not very personable and approached our party by having us sign lots of waivers first thing, and warning us about fees for getting sick in the car. For the record, we were a party of five 29-30 year-old women, dressed well, going to a couple of wineries. Our driver also seemed NOT to want to take us where we wanted to go. He kept suggesting alternatives – don’t get me wrong, I appreciate suggestions, but please don’t get visibly frustrated when I didn’t want to take them. We had an itinerary for a reason…

Through the course of the day he was fine, but certainly not overly friendly and actually seemed irritated with us on and off. The car was stocked with alcohol and champagne, but not re-stocked or cleaned in our 8H trip (which is fine, we only drank some of the champagne and some water).

In the end, the limo was nice and well-stocked and I appreciate that we had a great day with a safe driver. However, the social/service part could have been better. Also, I checked my credit card and confirmed I’ve been over-charged for the service (they did not take my Yelp deal into account, even though it is written into the contract). I’ll be calling today and assume they’ll make the fix – but this is something to watch for.

Mel was a great driver! $500 for 6 hours. He was very kind, friendly, and entertaining. I must say my friends and I have some pretty funny conversations, especially after wine gets involved. As a fly on the wall, he must see some crazy stuff going down in the backseats of his car. We had one of those 3 row SUVs and it was comfy, clean, and well-stocked with water!

We had reservations at several wineries, so we gave him our itinerary and put our fate in his hands. It was great! He was very punctual and responsive. He picked us up from our hotel in Napa right on time; in fact, he was even a few minutes early! Apex also offers pickup/drop off from SF. There is a $750 fee for any vomit, blood, etc. inside the car, so stay classy people! It is also $50 for every extra hour, but there is a grace period of 15 minutes.

Mel also seemed to know his stuff! We were planning to go to Oakville Grocery to pick up lunch, but he advised we call ahead of time to order because it gets crowded. Maybe next time we would come without having things as planned out just to see what they’d recommend.

As a heads up, the tip is included in the price you pay…. at least according to the company customer service rep, who said 20% of the cost goes to the driver for tip. Mel definitely deserved it! I would use Apex Limo again if I needed driving services!

Ivo was our driver and he was extremely knowledgable of the area and super helpful with our day. It was just two inexperienced ladies (Lauren and Sarah) trying to get our fill of Napa. Next time I’min Napa I will call Apex and ask for Ivo to be our driver. All was great. Highly recommend him. He is on it!

Ivo was our driver.. He was very kind and took really good care of us. I was clueless when it came to vineyards to visit in Napa and he took us to great locations , cannot complain. He even took us to a great place for a snack, you know after a couple of wine tastings eating is a must.

The quality of the car and our driver were A++

What a great company to work with. The whole process was seamless and awesome. I researched a lot of companies prior to actually booking with Apex. Honestly I was a little skeptical because their pricing was slightly lower than some of the competition. I went with my gut however and couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Ivo was our driver and was wonderful. He was not only very friendly, but also very informative. He arrived early and was so accommodating to changes in our original schedule. The car was very clean and his driving was suburb.

I would definitely use Apex in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Apex’s service was just absolutely great!! Our driver was Sasha, he was the best guy for the job. We did a wine tasting Bachelorette for 7 Ladies and we had a ball! Sasha was such a great driver and very considerate as well. He knew about the best wineries to go to. He knew we only had the limo until 5pm and made sure we got back on time so we wouldn’t get charged extra. How great is that! Also, he made sure we stopped by the Napa sign because he said it was a great photo opportunity. He was such a accommodating and considerate driver that I will definitely use him again next time I have a function again. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks for a great experience Sasha! We all had a great time!

This is my second review of Apex. We got the same driver (Luke, who was great) and they were awesome yet again! This time we were even able to bring our little pup (though he rode in his car carrier, so not “free roaming” in the limo.) We’re going back in October and will be using them again!

Bruce was our driver and he was amazing. Picked us up on time, gave us a history lesson about napa, taught us about different wines and knew interesting facts about each winery we went to. He was very professional, took great pictures for us, and even scoped out possible picture opportunities for when we came out of the wineries. He was helpful, kind, on time and the extremely professional. Ask for Bruce!

As for Apex the company they also had great service. Sent a reminder email and phone call 1-2 days in advance. They were initially very patient and kind on the phone when I had questions. Overall can’t say enough good things. Try them yourself!!

Paul was an awesome driver. Super laid back and flexible. Took pictures whenever we wanted! He rocks!! Thank you to Alex for a great experience 🙂
