Our driver, Alex, was wonderful, but I don’t like that they included the tip in the price. I wasn’t aware at the time that you can ask to pay the gratuity in person, which I wish we had done. It has since been brought to my attention (not by Alex) that the driver does not get the whole 18% pre-paid gratuity. From now on I’ll be paying the gratuity in person.

Eric at Apex Limo was awesome! He was really knowledgeable about wine country and even suggested a few hidden jems. We had a wonderful day and enjoyed being driven around in style!

I booked with Apex for my sister’s bachelorette party. We rented the limo for 6 hours and hit 4 wineries in Sonoma and Napa. It was great to have total control over where to go and when to leave!

Our driver, Ivo, was really helpful and professional. He was always ready, waiting for us when we walked out of a winery. He was very well informed about the various wineries and travel times/distances. He helped us strategize our trip a bit.

Easy booking with Apex. Showed up 20 minutes early to make sure to get our itinerary. Booked a 6 hr limo for 7 girls to go wine tasting in Napa – couldn’t have gone smoother. Already recommended to a friend who’s back in the area in August.

Their telephone customer service rep was very nice, professional and responsive. The customer service rep instantly came up with the quote, explained all the details and options. Within minutes she emailed me with the confirmation details and the whole service was booked in no time.

Our driver, Sasha, was great. He was punctual, very knowledgeable, friendly, and knew his way around Napa like the back of his hand.

We didn’t have a set plan for the day, so we asked him for some suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised with the recommendations Sasha provided.

He first asked us what we liked to drink at home and what we were planning to get out of this day, and based on our answers and likes, he designed such a cool and unforgettable day for us. This day ended up being the highlight of our trip.

On top of that, our limo was spotless and had a bar that included alcohol. We didn’t really touch the hard stuff, but it was nice to drink champagne on the way to the wineries. The limo also included plenty of water and non alcoholic drinks.

Their service is flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend Apex limo and Sasha.

I felt compelled to review Apex after yet another flawless airport experience, Fantastic customer service (Nelli is a rockstar!), courteous, on time drivers, luxury vehicles and overall 5 star service every time. I travel frequently for work and will not use anyone else for my transfers. Keep up the great service!

We traveled to Napa for our honeymoon in August. We only had 2 1/2 days in Napa so we wanted to try to get the most out of it that we could. Apex had a great deal that got us 7 hours for $490! It was really worth it. We had Bruce as a driver who was really more a tour guide than just a door opener.

We started at Silver Oak and then Bruce really gave us a back stage pass to the area. He explained where and what everything was along the way giving interesting insight to the region. The places we stopped were the real Napa wineries rather than the corporate places that charge and arm and a leg and really don’t care about who you are or your story.

I would recommend this tour over many others because of the value, the price, Bruce, and it seemed better than other tours we ran into during the day.

Also, we ended up adding another hour because we didnt want the day to stop. I hope it was okay with Bruce who was a great sport the entire day. By the end of it all, I think he was my wife’s new best friend.

I used Apex for a wine tour to Napa for my birthday, and I absolutely loved our driver Andre! He was very attentive and very friendly, making the experience a great time! If anyone is looking for a wine tour, call Andre! Thank you again!

Our driver was Matt and he was great. Funny, personable, knowledgeable and always had an idea for us. The company was great to work with from booking all the way through our Napa/San Francisco trip.
