My experience with Apex was great from the very beginning to the very end – starting with the reservation process. I requested a quote online, which I received within a few hours of my request (vs. next day or 2-day response), and then followed easy and simple steps to actually make my reservation. I then received a confirmation phone call from an actual person 2 days before my event.

Our driver, Olex, was awesome. He was on time and very patient as we were running a few minutes behind. Extremely courteous, explaining everything up front and was even familiar with our itinerary. He was pleasant and we all had good conversation, but he had a good sense when to chat and when to just let us chat amongst ourselves. He also had lots of knowledge about the Napa area, answered a lot of questions, had some fun trivia, AND had an awesome suggestion for lunch ideas and took us to this little grocery deli on the way to one of our stops.

Towards the end of our day, he politely reminded me of the time limit we had paid for in case we hadn’t noticed – which we hadn’t. Much appreciated and not pushy.

Overall great experience. This was my first time using a car service and it was an excellent one, which might even inspire me to be less concerned with the cost of it in the future and do it more often. The car itself was in pristine condition, smelled nice, kept at a comfortable temp, and no hint of previous customers or a driver who smoked or anything. If you’re in the Walnut Creek / East Bay area looking for a service for anything and especially for a Napa Valley wine tour, this is a great choice!

We booked Apex for an 8 hour winery tour in Napa. Eric was our driver and was very knowledgeable of the area, along with the history of several wineries we passed by. We were picked up promptly from our downtown San Francisco hotel and the 4 in my party had a wonderful time. Apex staff was friendly throughout the booking, and accommodated the reservations we had for tastings at several wineries. We will definitely use Apex in the future and will ask for Eric the next time we visit Napa wineries.

Apex was always available when I called about my appointment. We had the BEST Driver! (Olex). He was so polite and he had great suggestions. He arrived early and had water bottles ready for us. We highly recommend APEX! I will definitely use again!

Every aspect of service with Apex was great! I don’t know if the price can be beat either. It’s really nice that they include gratuity in their price. I planned a fun outing with 7 girlfriends in Sonoma. Fortunately, Bruce was our driver. He was so great. He was knowledgable on where he was taking us, professional, yet fun and easygoing. We originally planned on being out for 6 hours, but we were having too much fun to go home, so we added on an extra hour. Then a few of us STILL didn’t want the fun to end, so Bruce gladly stayed out with us for yet another hour! We were having so much fun IN the limo, we didn’t even get out for those last couple of hours!

Excellent service. Our driver, Ed arrived on time. We went on a six hour trip touring wineries. Ed was knowledgable and provided wonderful service. He picked up lunch and had it waiting on us after one of our tours! We will definitely be back! Ed, thanks so much for providing us with excellent service!

I hired Apex for a 6-hour limo wine tour for 6 people, as a birthday/thank-you present to my mom the day after my wedding. Apex as a whole was friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with. The price of the trip was *very* reasonable for the service provided, especially considering how much other places overcharge. I will definitely use Ed and Apex for every excuse I can possibly find.

I particularly want to give a glowing review to Ed, though. He was so friendly and went out of his way to make sure my parents and family on the trip had such a great time. None of my family on the tour is from the Bay Area, and all had varying degrees of wine knowledge. Ed was fun, laid back, and very flexible with the itinerary to make sure they had a blast and didn’t waste time on the way. For example, Ed suggested a different, better deli to pick up lunch when the one I’d put on the itinerary had a ridiculously long line. It would have been so much easier for him to just sit in the limo while my family waited in line. Instead, he took them to a nearby deli that he liked better (I met them for lunch, and I agree it was a way better find!), ordered their sandwiches, then drove them to the next winery to get their tasting/tour started with some baguettes and cheese, went back to the deli and waited for their sandwiches, and then brought them back to everyone at the winery! I was incredibly impressed.

I’m surprised I haven’t seen more reviews for Apex – they’re absolutely wonderful! I believe their rates are comparable to other transportation services and their prices are all inclusive. Their car was spotless and spacious and Alex, our driver, was pleasant and very helpful when we needed a few more winery recommendations. I hope more people look to them for transportation services because they’re worth it.

My family and I went to Napa last Sunday. I usually use another company but my uncle had already booked with Apex. I tried to get him to switch but it was too late.

But bottom line I was very impressed with Apex. The car was very clean inside and out. The poor driver I harassed him the entire day joking with him but Luke still kept laughing. Fun guy he was with our group. I would use them again.

I forgot my camera in the car and they delivered it to my house. Good people at this company.

Apex absolutely ROCKED! Our driver was on time, pleasant, and courteous. He was knowledgable about Napa, and made stops as needed (bank, restrooms, etc). The limo was spotless and comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend using them to ANYONE headed to Wine Country. Thank you, Apex!
