    Yes, we are fully insured and licensed.

  • What type of payments are accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards and cash.

  • Do you require a damage/sanitation fee/or cleaning deposit?

    We require a credit card guarantee for potential damage or excessive cleaning/ sanitation costs that could occur during the course of your rental.

  • What is the industry standard gratuity?

    This is a very good question, especially since a chauffeur’s income is based largely on gratuities.

    The industry standard gratuity for chauffeurs is 20%.

    Our satisfied customers almost always tip in addition to the suggested gratuity when they feel their chauffeur has met or exceeded their expectations. All our chauffeurs really appreciate any generosity that you extend them.

  • Do you provide child safety seats when clients reserve vehicle?

    No, we currently do not provide child safety seats in our vehicles.

  • What airports do you serve?

    We serve all major airports in the Bay area including San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland International (OAK), San Jose International (SJC), Sacramento International Airport (SMF). We also offer airport limousine services to many of the private and smaller airports of the Bay Area.

  • Do you have real time flight tracking capabilities?

    Yes, we track all arrival flights.

  • What is curb side pickup at airports?

    We offer 2 options for airport arrivals.

    Curb side pickup: After you have collected your luggage, clients are instructed to please step outside to the curb ( by that time you should get a text message or call from your chauffeur with his direct contact information , you can also call the company (phone number on your reservation) to let us know, that you are ready for pick up . From the moment the client has placed the call, it usually takes 3-5 min wait time for a car to arrive to the curb for your pickup. (this depends on the traffic at the terminal).

    Baggage claim greet: When clients choose baggage claim greet option, for an additional fee your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal near baggage claim assigned to your flight (or outside of customs on international flights) holding a sign with your name the sign.

  • Is deposit required to reserve the vehicle?

    We do not require a deposit, but a credit card information is required on file before we can place your reservation.

  • Does the price quoted include gratuity for the chauffeur, gas surcharge and puc tax?

    Yes, the prices quoted in our emails or via phone by a dispatcher includes gratuity gas surcharge and puc tax.

    The prices shown on our websites are basic rate and do not include gratuity gas surcharge and puc tax.

  • When does my rental start?

    Your rental starts at pickup location, when your vehicle arrives to pick youup.

    Example: If you reserved your vehicle for a 6 hr. limousine wine tour from 10:00 – 4:00 pm, the limousine will be there at 10:00 am ready to pick you up. The vehicle rental ends at the time the driver drops you off at the drop off location at 4:00 pm.

  • Can we choose the wineries we want to visit?

    Yes, you may customize your tour and choose any winery that is open to the public. Keep in mind, some wineries require appointments several weeks in advance, and we cannot guarantee their availability. Some wineries are “walk-in welcome” and allow tastings without an appointment as long as your group size is six or less. If you have a larger group, or plan on visiting more exclusive wineries, then it is best to make arrangements with the wineries well in advance.

    We do specialize in Napa Valley wine tasting transportation and can help and suggest a customizable sample itinerary for you based on your preferences, budge and taste. Our phone representative will ask you some basic questions such as the types of wine you prefer, what you would like to see, and if you are a first-time visitor or an experienced Wine Country traveler. Then we will use that information to begin planning a unique experience for you. Let us the dispatcher know if this is your preference.

  • Can we bring food in the vehicle?

    We do not allow food eating in our vehicles. Food leaves stains and smells that can be difficult to eliminate. We keep our vehicles clean and smell free at all times. We do allow clients to transport their food (for picnic lunch) in the trunk of the vehicle.

  • Is there a fee for waiting periods?

    Yes, we do have a wait time fee. Unscheduled waiting time is charged, after the first 15 minutes of wait time. We charge in half hour increments, based on vehicles hourly rates and availability.

  • What if we need to go over our time?

    If the car is not booked, you are welcome to extend your day. You will becharged additional hour fees based on your vehicles hourly rates.

  • How can I obtain a receipt for my charges?

    We email all payment receipts on every transaction we process to the email address you provided at the time of your booking.

  • Do you offer corporate and personal accounts?

    Apex Limousine Transportation and Tours offers both corporate and personal accounts. A credit card authorization form, ID validation and other documentation might be requested to complete accounts.

  • Will the limo wait for us outside?

    Once the customers are dropped off, the driver will park the limousine as close to the winery/restaurant as possible. For your convenience, please give the driver a 5 minute “heads up” once you are ready to be picked up. Please note that at some locations, the limousine cannot be parked directly outside waiting for customers, so the driver might have to go around the block. Please wait for your driver outside your venue.

  • Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?

    All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle, our sanitation fee of $750 will be applied, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.

  • What amenities are your vehicles stocked with?

    All vehicles are stocked with bottled water. Limousines also have a bar setup including soft drinks, bottled water, sparkling wine, ice, glassware and napkins.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation will be charged to the card provided to hold the reservation at the time of booking if not cancelled 10 days prior to reservation date.
